Panel Participation: Lincolnshire Film & TV: Vision, Growth, and Opportunity
Jack Shelbourn and Rachel Scarrott were invited to take part in Panel 1: Lincolnshire Film & TV: Vision, Growth, and Opportunity as part of the third LocationLincs networking event.
Taking place in the Corn Exchange, Stamford, South Kesteven. The panel was comprised of:

- Chelsea Foster (Creative England - Production Liaison Manager, North West & Midlands )
- Rachel Scarott (Lincoln University) Rachel Scarott Producer/Director and Film Production Lecturer, University of Lincoln
- Jack Shelbourn, cinematographer and educator. Senior Lecturer in cinematography. BAFTA albert certified sustainable cinematography researcher & Programme Leader for BA Film Production at the University of Lincoln
