A poetry pamphlet featuring poems about sites in the city of Edinburgh from the 15th century St Triduana’s Chapel to the 21st-century Scottish parliament, as well as about figures from across the centuries, including Deacon Brodie, Robert Adam, and the poet’s daughter, aged four. Poems with Edinburgh settings by Victor Hugo and Theodor Fontane appear here in English translation for the first time.
