Lincoln International Business School in partnership with Rose Regeneration are evaluating the Lincolnshire wide MOVE project that seeks to provide a range of support and interventions within 24 delivery partners to help economically inactive and unemployed people back into employment. The report highlights the evaluation findings in the second year in understanding the processes that both support and provide barriers for people to engaging in employment, volunteering and change. It analyses quantitative data of the demographic characteristics affecting employment patterns, together with qualitative analysis of factors related to the process and impact of the projects in supporting participants back into work and volunteering.
