Stair B Wallpapers, Peterhouse College, Cambridge

The initial aim of the visit was to examine two papers which had been identified during building works at Peterhouse College, and to provide recommendations for their significance, date, and potential conservation options. A site visit took place on 24th July 2024. On examining the room, it became clear that there were additional wallpapers, some located within multiple layers in the room. Some designs were found in multiple places. Appendix 1 of this report summarises all the wallpapers found and their locations.
